Cancer – Blue Hour by Tiffany Clarke Harris
Nothing quite like it. This lyrical prose will have you crying five pages in. Written in second person, the protagonist is intuitive, intelligent and exhausted of living in an America that demonises the Black body. Dealing with fertility issues and struggling to reconcile with potentially bringing a Black child into the world, the main character must decide if love of her husband and future child is stronger than her fear.

A flashy book for a flashy sign! The third instalment in the Crescent City series and a long-awaited novel! This book is fun, flirty and ambitious. If you haven’t jumped on the romantasy bandwagon, now’s the time.
Virgo – Good Material by Dolly Alderton
